Students will learn the basics of writing academic and technical texts, as well as how to use the Chicago Manual of Style, 17th edition, author-date style citation system (CMoS17AD).

This class serves as an introduction to different kinds of writing (academic and technical) that are essential in the GSE programme. Please note that this class is an onboarding class for first-semester students who are not familiar with academic and technical writing.
