Theory of Conflict in the context of the public sector (conflict development, avoidance and resolution) Strategies for overcoming conflicts in policy or public sector negotiations Characteristics of negotiations on global issues (climate crisis, stability of the public financial system, current and potential military conflicts, human rights...).
