Inhalt/e
Bridging Economics serves the dual purpose of:Presenting students with core elements of bachelor-level micro- and macroeconomics. The course illustrates the use of models and methods in economics using key economic concepts like, e.g., demand, equilibrium, business cycles, and economic growth. The discussion also serves to identify potential study gaps in prior training.Providing a motivational preview of some of the concepts and problems that can be explored and tackled using MSc-level economic analysis. Exemplified by some key economic concepts, based on item 1, the course sketches a brief roadmap of the type of models and methods explored in MSc-level courses.
