This course provides an opportunity for students to develop their writing skills in business contexts and critically engage with information, materials, and their own texts.Upon successful completion of this course students will be able towrite clear, concise, and professional business documents;identify and analyze different formats and styles and apply them to various business documents;tailor their texts to specific audiences and purposes.

The topics in this course may include but are not limited todifferences between academic and business writing;conventions of business writing styles and adapting them to the intended reader;structure and form of various business texts such asprofessional emails and letters,business proposals and reports,documents for job application (CV, cover letter);cross-cultural communication.
