Experiential learning and simulated scenarios for solving intercultural problems are the highlights of this interactive course. The learning sessions are interspersed with reflective conversations, mini projects as well as group tasks to explore real-world applications of intercultural skills.Good to Know: Minimum Theory! Emphasis is upon critical analysis, enhancing cultural awareness and effectively applying knowledge to solve problems.
Inhalt/e
The foundational course on intercultural competence is organised in three main thematic units. The first unit provides a conceptual understanding of cultural dimensions and cross-cultural synergy in international business. The second unit focuses on enhancing your competence in cross-cultural effectiveness and intercultural communication. The third unit provides opportunities for problem-based learning. Each module contributes to enhancing your skills and develops your competence in dealing with cultural differences in an increasingly complex world of international business.
