Students gain insight into entrepreneurial/business practice. The focus of the course lies on sustainability and the circulating economy. After an impulse lecture with a guest from the business sector in October, the students will enter the project phase. Specifically, they will interview sustainable entrepreneurs from their countries or from the region (Carinthia) in small groups and prepare a short media presentation or a poster for the 'exhibition' in a gallery created in the Moodle course. In January, a day trip to 1-2 sustainable companies operating locally and internationally will be organized. In case of bad weather, student projects will be presented on campus (inspire! lab).At the end of the course, students should have acquired the following competences:- Gain knowledge of business practice in the context of sustainable business;- Gain a better understanding of the role of the economic actor in the circular economy;- Gain experience in field research.
