This Introduction to Business course aims to familiarize first-year students with the basic functions and areas of a company. The role of companies in the face of current trends such as social and ecological sustainability is also discussed. The company is seen as part of a broad ecosystem that includes not only the economy, but also society, education, politics, nature and technology. Thus, this lecture series is developed in the spirit of the faculty mission: "Thinking beyond business and borders".
