Specifically, it engages with business cases for digital technologies as well as fundamental strategic tools. Students learn about and apply the central aspects of management by means of real company examples.

Digital technologies are theorized to fundamentally change how business is done. In this course, the students work on how contemporary technologies can be integrated in businesses to facilitate their value creation. In addition, students discuss and apply classic strategic tools of venture creation and growth on real life cases and discuss if these tools are applicable in a digital era.Topics include entrepreneurial opportunities, blue ocean, business model canvas, growth models, and crowdfunding
