Upon completing the course, students are able tohold a short, effective, well-structured business presentation,phrase follow-up questions and comments on peer presentations,write a range of short text types (e-mails, proposal, presenting numbers) to handle everyday business situations,give impromptu speech using personal item for props,use jocular stories for social communication.

Discussions in groups and as a class, speaking and writing tasks as well as presentations. Use of Big Blue Button for online classes if needed.
