The lecture intends to create a basic understanding of the importance of entrepreneurship in established organizations. Companies are increasingly under pressure from their stakeholders. The ability to strategically renew organizations to adapt to changing conditions (e.g. customer preferences, legal requirements) ensures the organization's long-term survival. Thus, practicing corporate entrepreneurship and anchoring the organization's entrepreneurial orientation is crucial. The lecture focuses in particular on the changing framework conditions caused by digitalization.
