The aim of this course is that students get the opportunity to explore the Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) and the Southeastern Europe (SEE) region in order to get an impression of different cultural aspects in the SEE/CEE region in an academic and commercial context.  In this context, students prepare a group presentation of specific regions/countries/cities independently in advance and create a concise handout with the most important points. The presentations then take place during the excursion. The insights gained from this are then supplemented by academic and commercial aspects on-site. The excursion is followed by preparing a group assignment, which builds on the excursion. Finally, an individual reflection paper is to be carried out.
