COURSE DESCRIPTION & STUDENT LEARNING OBJECTIVESThis course offers students the opportunity to build confidence in speaking and understanding American English. Native speaker interaction, authentic speech samples, readings, presentations and interviews provide students with practical situations, in which to improve individual language proficiency.

IPA quiz Oral final exam

The final exam will consist of a text reading part and a freestyle part. Students must pass both parts. 

Students are continuously informed of specific pronunciation requirements and standards throughout the course.
