This class covers project management in the context of eLearning for organizational development. It will guide students through creating an eLearning training course. Students will learn about many aspects, including the eLearning production process, the relevance of eLearning in a post-Covid world, and how training is important to the development of an organization.

Students will create an eLearning training course based on an assigned topic.

After the pandemic, many or even most companies now conduct some internal training online. This is a monumental change, contrasting decades of training conducted in person. This class explores eLearning and prepares students to either develop their eLearning production skills for a future career in a rapidly growing industry or, at the least, foster familiarity with eLearning as they will no doubt encounter it in their future careers.

Students will present their project at the end of the class. The concept will be summarized and reflected upon in a group paper.
